The WATSON project recently hosted the cluster webinar “Traceability & Verification in Food Supply Chains. The Technological Perspective”, organised as part of the Food Traceability & Verification Cluster.
The webinar, held on February 21st, 2025, brought together industry experts and researchers from 8 EU-funded projects –including WATSON, ALLIANCE, FishEUTrust, Sea2See, CUES, TITAN, THEROS and TealHelix– to discuss innovative technologies that enhance transparency, security and authenticity in food supply chains.

WATSON’s contribution to the discussion
The WATSON project presentation was delivered by our partner Truls Bakkejord Ræder, Senior Research Scientist at SINTEF Nord AS.
