During the 54th Agriumbria event, which is the biggest national fair focused on agriculture in Italy, livestock, and food, the primary collaborators of the olive oil use case, namely BioCoS, IBBR-CNR, APROL UMBRIA, and MITERA GbmH, were able to introduce the WATSON project and demonstrate the traceability of olive oil to numerous participants in the supply chain, such as olive cultivators, extra virgin olive oil producers, retailers, consumers, and more.
