Multistakeholder workshop (hybrid format) organized by ASINCAR and #IGPMIELDEASTURIAS in the framework of WATSON Horizon project. Main objectives were to identify main vulnerable nodes in the regional PGI honey as well as assess the fraud vulnerability through the implementation of the recognized #SSAFE tool. Producers, packers, distributors, retailers as well as other stakeholders supporting the honey sector were represented in this activity.
